We’re looking for a driven and experienced Claims Operations Manager to lead and elevate performance across our Workers’ Compensation claims function.

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day claims operations, driving performance outcomes, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery for injured workers and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, building team capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing across our Front End Operations (including 9 claims teams, eligibility, disputes and legal and supporting teams) to deliver strong outcomes

  • Driving operational performance across key metrics including RTW outcomes, compliance, and customer experience
