IPS Group is working with a fast-growing, tech-led insurance business specialising in motor to recruit a senior hire to lead their Claims function. This is a key role within a business going through a major UK expansion and a full transformation of their claims operation, continuing to evolve their in-house claims capability following a period of outsourced support.

The Role / Team:

This is a strategic position focused on building and leading the Technical & Complex Claims function from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing the operating model, setting the overall technical approach to claims, and scaling a high-performing team over time.
