Job Description
Join Gi Group and work with one of the UK’s leading parcel delivery companies based in Baginton, Coventry. This position is a temporary contract, offering ongoing work 12 months per year for the right candidate. Please note there may be alcohol deliveries involved in this role.
Rates of Pay
- Days: £19.61 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)
- Nights: £19.89 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)
Shifts and Hours
- Shifts available 7 days a week
- 00:01-04:00 starts available
- 11:00-23:00 starts available
- 8-10 hours per day
The Role
- Load / unload freight and secure load
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections (varied parcel weights)
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation
- Perform vehicle checks and report defect
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines
