Class Teacher – Hollybank Trust

Location: Mirfield (WF14)

Job type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hrs per week – Mon‑Thurs 8:30‑16:00, Fri 8:30‑15:30. Part‑time negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Identifying needs, assessing levels of ability and planning sessions to meet the requirements of the children and develop their learning.
• Effectively delivering the personalised curriculum ensuring that the individual needs and interests of the children are met and supporting other team members to do this.
• Supporting the children throughout the day to develop independence, facilitate participation and learning, and develop physical and communication skills.
