Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, well‑maintained equipment in safe working order and meet all agreed SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of cleaning areas, schedules, and the appropriate chemicals and equipment used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to effectively deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team, taking initiative when necessary.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
