A Cleaning Operations Manager oversees daily cleaning services across multiple sites, focusing on staff management, quality control, client satisfaction, and safety compliance. Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, managing inventory and equipment, controlling budgets, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operations & Site Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with service agreements (SLAs) and high‑quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards. Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and productivity improvements. Resolve operational problems, complaints, and service adjustments efficiently.
