We are looking for an experienced and hands-on supervisor who can lead day-to-day cleaning operations, uphold health and safety standards, and continuously improve cleaning practices.

You will take ownership of people, processes and performance, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cleaning team and oversee day-to-day delivery of cleaning services at the client site
  • Prepare cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and manage staff rotas, holidays and sickness
  • Manage periodic cleaning schedules, including preparation for specialist cleans
  • Oversee cleaning equipment, consumables and materials, reporting repairs as required
  • Manage stock takes and ordering of consumables in line with agreed budgets
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistently high cleaning standards and introduce best practice
