Operational Oversight The Team Leader works alongside cleaning staff while monitoring their performance against established cleanliness standards. This includes conducting daily area inspections, completing shift sign-off sheets, and performing cleaning audits with staff members. The role requires ensuring all scheduled tasks are completed to specification and that first-class cleaning services are maintained throughout the building.
