- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect workmanship, materials and completed works at the project site.
- Identify defects, non-compliance and safety concerns, and report them to the Project Manager or Consultant.
- Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, progress photographs and defect lists.
- Coordinate inspections with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
- Verify that corrective works are properly completed.
- Monitor construction progress and highlight delays or site issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on workmanship, quality and progress.
- Ensure contractors follow approved method statements and project requirements.
- Assist with testing, commissioning and handover inspections.
