Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor .
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and general administrative duties for the department.
Prepare and update monthly departmental reports.
Update and maintain staff information, leave records, stationery requests, and monthly usage records.
Assist the Head of Department in handling and updating the ERP system.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
Support daily clerical and administrative operations within the department.
