What you’ll do

  • Schedule and pre admits patients to Women's Health Centre for therapeutic abortion procedures by obtaining and documenting patient identifying information from physicians’ offices and pre-admits patient.
  • Liaise with Provider Physician's offices to ensure the appropriate documentation is provided.
  • Prepare, maintain and files health records of patients we have received care though Program Special Services.
  • Answer inquiries from the public concerning admission policies, fee structures and information about the Program, Special Services.
  • Maintain a system for ordering patient educational brochures, pamphlets, books and/or videos for WHC Programs by orders and storing materials, and by consulting with WHC staff regarding updates and corrections to patient education materials.
