Job Description

About the Role

A sales support role working closely with the Hong Kong Intermediary Sales team to service retail and private bank distributors, coordinate client-facing activities, and manage day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests from intermediary clients and distributors
+ Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking via Salesforce
+ Manage full logistics for PM roadshows, client seminars, adviser events and daily branch visits
+ Prepare and update a variety of sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, sales flyers, one pagers, and fund emailers
+ Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, ongoing due diligence reviews
+ Produce weekly and ad-hoc fund reports using Bloomberg/Morningstar; manage content via Seismic
+ Process T&E reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
