We are seeking an experienced Client Care Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience working in a veterinary practice or similar role and a passion for providing outstanding client service. 

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets. You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values teamwork, personal growth, and a genuine love for animals

What your typical day will look like:
Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
