As a Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals' most valuable assets. You will provide outstanding client service through a positive, friendly manner while educating clients on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.
Day in the life
- Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring policy accuracy and updated coverage.
- Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing portfolios and recommending additional products.
