What you will do:
Cultivate long-term partnerships as the leader of strategic accounts
Serve as a point of reference for programmatic to clients through a consultative approach
Constantly and proactively look for new opportunities within a book of business
Conduct regular in-person meetings for exceptional customer service;
Communicate effectively through various channels, meeting high standards and processes;
Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally;
Pitch / Provide detailed information on our innovative services and products;
Support customers in launching successful ad campaigns;
Deliver persuasive performance reports and QBR presentations to key clients;
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and act as a mentor for junior colleagues;
Drive impactful projects in account management, becoming a go-to expert;
High level monitoring of campaigns internally to ensure excellence in programmatic media delivery....
