Responsibilities: Overview: The Data Management Officer is a key member in the Client Account Modification department. Responsible for data maintenance in T24, CRM,Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad-hoc client output requests. Description: Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require, and challenges faced. Manage Front Office's queries and support troubleshooting Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
