Summary

Lead and coach store sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Drive sales performance, digital adoption, and client development while ensuring adherence to store policies and standards. Hire, train, and develop Clothing Advisors and Specialists to meet business goals and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
  • Develop and maintain in-store and after sales service standards
  • Ensure execution of Clientele Development activities and omni-channel client building
