Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify international clients (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) for offshore IT staff augmentation services.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
  • Track deals using CRM and maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and account growth.
  • Provide feedback to delivery and management teams regarding market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.
