Operating within complex, high-pressure environments, they support portfolio companies and investment teams to unlock performance through leadership assessment, executive alignment and strategic advisory services. Following sustained growth and increasing client demand, they are expanding their senior consulting team.
This Partner will operate as a senior trusted adviser to investors, CEOs and executive teams, delivering commercially impactful leadership insight during pivotal moments of business growth and transformation. This role combines strategic client leadership, business development and hands‑on advisory delivery, making it ideal for someone who brings both commercial credibility and a strong psychological foundation.
