Essential Job Functions
- Own and manage strategic client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to drive long-term partnerships and account growth
- Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, and expansion within assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, particularly within public sector agencies
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by positioning end-to-end IT services solutions (applications, cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, managed services)
- Partner closely with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to shape proposals and win business
- Oversee end-to-end delivery in collaboration with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet contractual commitments
