Key Responsibilities
Own a formal sales quota, responsible for hitting defined revenue targets and pipeline goals.
Lead annual and quarterly account planning sessions to identify white-space opportunities and strategic growth paths within existing accounts.
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells.
Partner with leadership to develop complex proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business challenges into actionable service solutions.
Set the long-term vision for assigned accounts, aligning internal delivery teams with the client’s overarching global business goals.
Proactively surface account risks and navigate complex organizational structures to resolve issues and ensure long-term retention.
