General DescriptionBack‑office Operations role in the Area of Operation Services for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres, primarily supporting Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management. The role handles daily operational processing of Client Performance Reporting, including data‑quality control procedures.
Job Scope- Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers, and relevant departments on client performance enquiries, controls, reports, and customised statements
- Provide reliable, high‑quality business support to the front unit in the area of Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management
- Support daily position reconciliation between core banking and portfolio management systems (T24 vs Triple'A)
