Position: Client Performance Reporting Management – 12‑month contract with 1‑month completion bonus.

Work location: next to Expo MRT.

General Description

Back‑office Operations role in the Area of Operation Services for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres, primarily supporting Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management. The role handles daily operational processing of Client Performance Reporting, including data‑quality control procedures.

Job Scope
  • Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers, and relevant departments on client performance enquiries, controls, reports, and customised statements
  • Provide reliable, high‑quality business support to the front unit in the area of Client Performance Reporting & Data Quality Management
  • Support daily position reconciliation between core banking and portfolio management systems (T24 vs Triple'A)
