Support client relations teams in CRM, client events, and gifting at Tiffany & Co. Malaysia, part of LVMH.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to evaluate effectiveness
  • Track success of major sales events and client activities in collaboration with retail teams
  • Create client lists and reports, coordinating with global teams as needed
  • Share insights from data, including market and competitor information
  • Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events
  • Support follow-up for events and client development activities
  • Manage client gifting initiatives, including regional orders and allocations
