Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the Canada Retirement team at Manulife as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM). The role is a key field‑office relationship management position focused on client experience and retention of corporate clients. The CRM supports the sales team through formal and informal presentations of our capabilities and services, but it is not a sales position. The CRM interacts with plan sponsors, consultants and advisors to explain products, tools, services, and to manage plan changes, amendments, fee negotiations, and post‑sale service satisfaction to maximize client retention.
