About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive distribution and sales of AIF, PMS, and SIF products through banking and wealth channels. The role focuses on managing strategic partnerships, driving AUM growth within HNI/UHNI segments, and executing targeted sales strategies across Wealth/PCG platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with Branch Managers, Regional Heads, and Wealth/PCG teams.
  • Drive AUM growth, net sales, and revenue targets for AIF, PMS, and SIF offerings
  • Ensure strong coverage across mapped branches and Wealth/PCG locations
  • Conduct joint sales calls with bank RMs and wealth teams to drive closures
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion tracking for alternative products
