This role oversees a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts within Korn Ferry's tier‑2 enterprise segment. The focus is on driving high renewal rates, maintaining customer engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Client Retention & Renewal Execution
- Manage a high‑volume portfolio of enterprise customers through a programmatic renewal engagement model, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive renewal execution to meet retention targets.
