Location:
Onsite in Burnaby
Salary Range: $22/hr T4
Introduction
This role supports both the Business Banking (BC) and PRA teams, focusing on providing exceptional client service and support, guiding clients through Online Business Banking (OLBB) processes, and handling banking transactions. This is not a call center role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service excellence
- Attention to detail, especially in transactions
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort with guiding clients through digital banking tools
- Prior work experience at bank or financial industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools
