- Handles customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides support via call and email.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborates with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate (old curriculum or K-12 or SHS graduate).
- No experience required as long as willing to learn and willing to be trained.
- Has English language proficiency.
- Open to shifting schedule and on-site work in BGC, Taguig.
