We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Staff to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to Market Participants. The successful candidate will handle user management tasks and assist during User Acceptance Training to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical and non technical support to Market Participants
  • Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
  • Assist during User Acceptance Training sessions
  • Document and elevate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Relationship Management, or related fields
