Client Service Consultant (Non-Sales – Corporate Paypoints) (6 Month Fix Term contract) – Eastern Cape (Gqeberha)

Key Purpose

The Client Service Consultant will provide dedicated, service-focused support to identified strategic and high-volume corporate paypoints. The role is responsible for enhancing service delivery, supporting members, employers and brokers, and ensuring effective resolution of queries during periods of increased operational demand and organisational change.

This is a non-sales operational service role focused on improving client experience, enhancing service responsiveness and supporting the respective consulting and management teams.
