Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate job updates to meet client expectation
- Manage workload effectively to ensure service quality
- Use dashboards to track tasks, ensure transparency, and meet KPIs
- Deliver accurate and timely reports to clients
- Prepare and send accurate invoices on time
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in TIC background especially for mineral, metals, solid fuel and agriculture
