We are currently looking for an experienced staff to join our Client Service Enablement Team.

Client Services Enablement supports CS and clients in region and is led globally to deliver a consistent experience to employees and client Portfolios.

What you will be responsible for

As CS enablement, you will

  • Provide governance and program management for core CS controls, like Periodic client document recertifications, CAP compliance for client access requests, Periodic AML reviews

  • Create, promote, and continuously improve standard controls and procedures for the CS role

  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk across portfolios (e.g., ICAMS timeliness, recurring trends) and assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate

  • Manage remediation of Archer findings impacting multiple portfolios
