Client Service Specialist

We are hiring a Client Service Specialist to join our GroupQuest team. In this role, you’ll support brokers and clients by managing group benefits administration, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with brokers and build relationships to ensure group needs are met.
  • Price, prepare, and execute plan changes.
  • Pull and prepare experience reports, including detailed reports for larger groups.
  • Handle and resolve escalated claims, administrative, and billing issues.
  • Assist with commission and contracting issues.
  • Manage the submission and tracking of all MGA appointment letters.
  • Process Agent of Record letters and termination letters.
  • Manage overdue account notifications and pending terminations due to minimum participation requirements.
