Responsibilities

The Client Service Specialist will provide support and assistance to the Senior Account Executive. This includes preparing and processing financial services proposals/statements in a timely manner; managing client documentation and client inquiries; and maintaining client files and all related information in a secure client database. The role requires 4 days/week in office and will require some regional travel to visit clients.

The Client Service Specialist will:

  • Provide confidential support to the Senior Account Executive
  • Prepare Marketing, Renewal and New Business Proposals
  • Act as a main point of contact for client’s enquiries; responding to client questions and requests within one business day
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
