About the Role
:Securecorp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Client Service Manager to join our Victorian operations. Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability, exceptional communication skills, sound commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to managing multiple sites across a broad geographic area.
Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and account retention
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service across all managed sites
Achieving financial targets, including revenue growth and profit margin performance
