As part of our business expansion, our client is seeking two proactive, relationship-driven Client Services Managers to strengthen our client portfolio and drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and directly contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback, and escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
