Lead client-facing projects with NiCE as a Senior Client Services Project Manager. Drive project delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
NiCE is looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee implementation and delivery of complex projects. In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring all activities align with the Statement of Work. You will be the main point of contact for clients and facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
