Role Overview

Owns client relationships and business growth by driving strategic thinking, delivering high-impact campaigns, and expanding accounts through upselling and new business acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client accounts end-to-end (delivery and growth)
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
  • Drive strategic inputs on campaigns and brand communication
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead new business pitches and proposals
  • Own commercials: scoping, budgeting, and revenue tracking
  • Manage internal teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality output
  • Handle escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction
