About The Role

Software Finder is hiring a Client Success Associate to support the management of client relationships across active campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with a senior team member to learn the fundamentals of client success, campaign oversight, and issue resolution before gradually taking ownership of your own accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in client facing work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting day to day communication with clients across live campaigns, ensuring they feel informed and well taken care of.
• Learning how different campaign and billing models work and helping set clear expectations with clients around what they can expect from delivery.
• Tracking campaign performance, including whether leads are being accepted, budgets are on track, and clients are getting value from their spend.
