Key Responsibilities
- Customer Database Management: Ensure the quality, consistency, and enrichment of the customer database.
- Support data structuring and segmentation effective clienteling actions.
- Clienteling Strategy Execution: Translate CRM strategy into actionable clienteling initiatives.
- Support frontline teams in leveraging customer insights and promote a personalized approach.
- Target the relevant client pool to support the planning and execution of activation initiatives (events, outreach).
- Manage activation calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Analyze engagement and retention KPIS (repurchase rate, frequency, average basket).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
