Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties
  • Provide frontline services (registration, booking of appointments, cashiering, answer enquiries)
  • Dispencing of medicaine
  • Answering phone calls
  • Attend to walk in customers
  • Email correspondence
  • Liase with vendors
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organised and meticulous
