Job Responsibilities

Appointment and Patient Flow Management

  • Manage appointments for walk-in patients, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Send reminders for upcoming appointments.
  • Follow up with patients who missed their appointments (defaulter tracing).
  • Call patients into the consultation room when it’s their turn.
  • Retrieve medications prescribed by the doctor and present them for cross-checking.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts.
  • Arrange follow-up appointments.
