**Who** **we’re** **looking for:**
The UW Medicine - Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology (DLMP) in Seattle, WA has a fantastic opportunity for a **Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) Lead** with the **Phlebotomy & Specimen Processing Services** **(PSPS)** **Team** at **Harborview Medical Center** .
The CLT Lead provides leadership to the PSPS Team and inspires and motivates staff through personal motivation, loyalty, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward self, others, and the workplace. The CLT Lead assists the supervisor and manager with overseeing day-to-day specimen processing operations, solving problems, training new staff and current employees, promoting safe work practices, performing various computer functions, and engaging in specialized roles and projects to support the division.
**W** **ork schedule** **:**
+ 100% FTE.
+ Work schedule, Tuesday – Saturday 0530-1400.
