Clinical Operations Manager (COM)

Job Overview
Direct and manage the delivery of all required site activation, maintenance and regulatory activities for selected studies or multi-protocol programs, including pre-award activities, oversight of the scope of work, budget and resources.

This role requires a candidate strong in regulatory experience with finance experience as a benefit. Arabic language fluency.

Sponsor requirements are:

Regulatory activities (initial submission/amendments/notifications)
Contract management and local budgets
ICF processes
Saudi Arabian logistics and ancillary supplies managements 
Management of samples
Customs and import/export procedures
Practical, in-country exposure is essential; experience should be based on actual work performed in Saudi Arabia
The role will be locally focused and not Global.
