Job Description

  • Coordinate medical record requests for Potential Quality Issues (PQI) and quality studies

  • Perform provider follow-ups to obtain missing documentation

  • Prepare and distribute materials for quality meetings and workgroups

  • Track document status and maintain detailed follow-up logs

  • Maintain department files in compliance with confidentiality and security standards

  • Process invoices for medical records and partner with Finance as needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and overnight correspondence

  • Support Provider Credentialing Committee activities

  • Assist with data compilation, reporting, and project coordination

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings
