🔹 Role Overview
The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality standards, driving accreditation compliance, and improving overall hospital performance including P&L.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative hospital operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards including NABH / JCI accreditation
- Drive patient safety, clinical protocols, and service excellence
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and improve P&L performance, cost optimization, and revenue growth
- Lead medical staff engagement, credentialing, and governance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
