Administrative Support: - Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or scheduling software. - Prepare and send reminders for upcoming appointments or follow-ups. - Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. - Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes. - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes.
