Job Description

Elevate customer success as a Clio Customer Education Specialist in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. You will drive adoption through engaging, high-impact training sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
In this role within the Customer Education team, you will facilitate instructor-led training to help clients onboard Clio's legal AI tools effectively. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to update training materials based on participant feedback and product advancements. The focus on outcome-driven learning strategies helps clients achieve their goals successfully.
