We seek an Enterprise Technical Owner for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to ensure scalability, security, and integration as our single system of record for contracts.
Role Purpose
Serve as the enterprise technical owner for Corning's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and integrated as Corning's single system of record for contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Balance enterprise standardization with regional/legal‐entity flexibility.
Prevent over‐customization that would slow future waves.
Ensure high‐quality migration of approximately 30,000 legacy contracts.
Coordinate cross‐functional dependencies (Legal, IT Security, Commercial, GSM).
