Close Protection Officer

Org. Setting and Reporting
- This position is located in the Safety and Security Section in United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA). The Close Protection Officer (FS4) will be based in Yemen in one of the following duty stations: Hodeidah, or Sana'a, and will report to the Close Protection Team Leader.

- High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational certificate is required.
- Job - Specific Qualification
- Certification as a Firearms Training Officer (FTO) is desirable. Certification in Basic Defensive Tactics Course is desirable. Technical training in military or police procedures as well as training in close protection, self-defence and security techniques is required.
- Work Experience
- At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in close protection with a local, national, private or international security organization is required. Experience in convoy security...
